Full moon in Capricorn and Guru Purnima

Today, the full moon in Capricorn (my moon sign!) is at its highest energy.

Emotions, family dynamics, and relationships that require us to talk about something we may find difficult feel like it's "now or never time." Suppressed emotions and our emotional responses to life are highlighted under a Capricorn full moon.

The goal of which is to bring us closer to our Truth. To know the difference between our ego and soul. To help us see how to be human and be divine.

Jesus and Mariam Magdala taught us of the power of reclaiming our original blueprint as true humans, our inner Shakti, our primal life force - wild and free, to become a shimmering Light of the World.

This is what the Capricorn full moon helps us to do if we are willing to take responsibility and work constructively with the emotional and mental stimulation of the week. If we can create time and space to be with our inner guru, many revelations are ready to ripen on our Path to the Godhead.

And this full moon is even more powerful as it occurs on the same day as the Eastern celebration of Guru Purnima.

Purnima = full moon, Guru = dispeller of darkness, or the one that shines Light into the shadows.

A guru or teacher embodies the energy and wisdom that helps us to go deep into our own awareness through spiritual practices that align us with our dharma, the highest expression of our soul.

Remember a guru can be a spiritual teacher...and it can also be our parents, children, nature, relationships, jobs, locations, experiences...as it is a time to honor the teachings and teachers that have helped guild us on our path back Home to ourselves.

It is a day to honor and celebrate revelation and wisdom in our lives...as every circumstance allows for the grace of wisdom.

As my teacher says...."we draw the spiritual support we need based on our soul plan and life plan. Based on grace. Based on God/Goddess hands over our head."

Today, with a deep bow and a humble heart, I shudder to think where I would be without the gurus of all types in my life.

I am especially grateful to the lineage I have been initiated into by my teacher in India. It's like a magic doorway, into a sacred mystery.

Each guru in my life has also taught me the grace of compassion for myself in this lifetime training process of healing. I stumble. I fall. I forget. I get up. I make space. I try again. It is a spiral.

And I must also thank each of YOU....my clients and students, as guru.

Every session, every class, every time I have the honor of holding space...I learn. I grow. I witness your journey and reclaim parts of myself. THANK YOU!
